Hi guys n girls,

Love getting all your emails and helping people if and where possible. Just to anyone else who reads my blog, you can leave comments on the blog site. Not had any yet so bit upset about that. But please keep emailing, except the con men from Nigeria asking me for bank details like I keep getting.

Little update to let everyone know what’s happening. Received some more paperwork concerning my IVA, it was from my IP (Insolvency Practitioner) and it was something I had to sign just to say that I authorise him to contact all my creditors and he is allowed to deal with them and discuss the outstanding debts. Sent that back to them on Wednesday now, so he should have that and will be contacting al my creditors. So all going really nicely and soon should hear back from him. Really hoping this will be set up and first payment made before Christmas.

Evil Emails

Bit upset about some more emails I have received from certain people, I have received three emails all from very sick people and I am not talking about having a cold.

The first I have cut and pasted some of what they sent me, as you can see, very shocking.

I am a 22 years old lady now, i was born on the 1of january 1983.to the family of Kole,and my father name is Joseph he is a very wealthy gold and cocoa merchant who based in ACCRA and ABIDJAN respectively, and I am there only child.well when i was a kid i went to a private schools and things were going on well for me and my parents till when i was in high school when my mother died on the 21ST october 1994 , My father took me so special because i am motherless. and he shower all his love on me and promised me that he will never have another woman because he did not want me for any problem.but has fate his my father got dead last year.but before the death of my father on the 1st of November 2005 in a private hospital here in Abidjan , he called me secretly to his bed side and told me that he kept a sumof ($10.500 000) in a bank in Abidjan Cote D'ivoire. meanwhile that he used my name as the next of kin in deposit of the fund.He also explained to me that it was because of this money he was poisoned by his business partner and that i should seek for foreign partner in a country of my choice where i would transfer this money and use it for investment purpose, such as ;real estate investment or stock market investment.
Plesae, i am honourably soliciting your kind assistance as follows.

1) To provide a bank account where this money will be transfered into.

2) To serve as the guardian of these fund ,since i am 22 years old.

3)To make arrangement for me in your country to continue my educational career and to procure me a residential permit in your country.

I am inclined to offer you 15% of the total sum as a mode of compensation for your effort after the successful transfering of these fund to your nominated account overseas.Please i will be very happy if this transaction will be concluded with in seven (7) working days from now.I am expecting to hear from you as soon as possible.

So you can see from that there are some really nasty people preying on the poor, everyone knows these kind of people are evil and are con artists. If anyone else gets these emails, let me know and did you reply to them, I replied but what I wrote is well, it was not very polite.

Below is another similar email I received, it makes me want to scream it really does, they can tell I am in debt but they still send these emails.

Dear,

Please bear with me for sending this letter to you surprisingly. My
name is Miss Britt Karblee , a young lady originally from Liberia in
west Africa.My sole purpose of contacting you is for you to assist me
in selling in your country or elsewhere of my rough (uncut) diamonds
which weighs 14,220 carats,from (3-45 carats),(3kg gross)on the scale,
("H"VS- 1quality), all rough and Worth's about(US$8Million). The
diamonds was deposited by my late father in a holding firm here in
Senegal and it is waiting for my order to be transferred as I am the
"NEXT OF KIN" to the deposit.I am presently living in Dakar Senegal.

Update + Emails

Little update, well quite a lot of update actually. Getting more of the usual phone calls from my creditors again asking me what is happening with my IVA and what stage it is at. No matter how much you tell them they never seem to believe it and always ask for “a token payment”.

Getting lots of letters too, as you can see in the picture, offering me lots of discounts if I pay up now, one in the picture are saying I can have a 25% discount; others are up to about 50%.

Nice to see I am getting some emails of people asking how everything is and if I am ok and telling me about their IVA and how its going, good to know I am not alone.

Annoying Creditors

Well plenty been happening this week, had tons of calls and letters from my creditors harassing me asking me to make an instalment or pay in full. On one occasion I had 3 phone calls from one company in one day, I am not surprised people get depressed and suicidal because of them. When one of them did finally listen to me his only excuse was that they do not dial the number to ring me and it is all done automatically and he could not do anything to stop it. Now whose stupid idea was it to use that system? Even after the third phone call from them they still asked if I could pay in full, yeah like I have £15000 in my back pocket burning a hole in it.

Think I finally got the message through to them but I wont hold my hopes out, one even threatened me with going to their solicitors. But once 75% or more of the creditors agree to the IVA then they cannot do anything more about it and are not allowed to call me anymore and that’s a law.

Thomas Charles have said it should be all set by Christmas which would be nice, a Christmas with no hassle for once.

I might be doing a few more videos about my creditors calling me, but be warned it will be full of swearing so will have to work out how to bleep it all out first.
